6. Token Supply and Distribution Policy

The distribution of THE9 tokens will be allocated as follows:

  1. THE9 Mileage / Ecosystem: 80% of the total token supply, equivalent to 8,000,000,000 tokens, will be allocated for THE9 mileage payouts. These tokens will be used to reward customers who earn and use THE9 tokens through various merchants and service providers within the ecosystem.

  2. Team/Advisor: 8% of the total token supply, equivalent to 800,000,000 tokens, will be allocated to the team members, advisors, and developers who contribute to the development and success of the THE9 token ecosystem. These tokens will be subject to vesting periods to ensure long-term commitment.

  3. Tech Dev./Marketing: 8% of the total token supply, equivalent to 800,000,000 tokens, will be dedicated to technical development and marketing support. These tokens will be used to enhance the platform's technology, user experience, and marketing efforts to attract more participants.

  4. Merchant Support: 3% of the total token supply, equivalent to 300,000,000 tokens, will be allocated to provide support to merchants and build a conducive environment for the growth of THE9 token ecosystem. This support aims to encourage more merchants to accept THE9 tokens and foster a thriving ecosystem.

  5. Foundation Operation: 1% of the total token supply, equivalent to 100,000,000 tokens, will be reserved for the foundation's operational expenses. These tokens will be used to cover administrative costs, community initiatives, and other foundation-related activities.

The Token Supply and Distribution Policy ensures that the majority of tokens are allocated for THE9 mileage payouts, creating a strong incentive for users to participate in the ecosystem. Additionally, allocations for team, technical development, marketing, merchant support, and foundation operations aim to establish a balanced and sustainable ecosystem for the long-term success of THE9 token. Transparency and regular reporting will be provided to the community to ensure accountability and trust in the token distribution process.
